The trial comes first
Every account gets a one-time 30-minute Pro trial with no card required. We encourage you to use it to decide whether Pro fits your workflow.
Refunds
If you're unsatisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund. Refunds are processed through Paddle, our merchant of record.
Renewals
Recurring renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but reach out — we handle reasonable requests case by case.
