StreamPad is built privacy-first. The free local product runs entirely on your own network — we never see your control data. This policy covers what we collect when you create an account or use Pro cloud features.
What we collect
Account data: your email, name, and authentication identifiers.
Billing data: handled by our payment processor (Paddle); we store only a subscription reference and invoice metadata, never your card number.
Device data: names and connection status of devices you pair, so you can manage them.
Product analytics: privacy-respecting, aggregated usage events to improve the product.
What we never collect
The contents of what you control — your scenes, audio, keystrokes, and local deck actions stay between your PC and your device. On the free local tier, nothing touches our servers.
How we use it
To operate your account, provide Pro cloud relay and sync, process subscriptions, send essential service emails, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You can access, export, or delete your account data at any time from your dashboard, or by contacting us. We honor GDPR and CCPA rights regardless of where you live.
Data retention
We keep account data while your account is active and for a short period after deletion for legal and backup purposes, then remove it.
