Pricing questions
What do I get for free?
Everything, for 30 minutes of control time a day: the custom Deck, App Launcher, mixer, soundboard, chat, kill switches, OBS and Streamlabs control, and remote access. No card, and it renews every day — nothing is feature-locked.
What happens when the 30 minutes run out?
The deck stops sending controls to your PC until midnight UTC, when your free half hour comes back. Your stream is never touched — OBS keeps running exactly as it was. Subscribe and the cap disappears immediately.
Is the free half hour really every day?
Yes — it resets at midnight UTC and there is no limit on how many days you use it. We meter time rather than locking features, so the free half hour is the whole product, not a demo of it.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Create an account, link your PC with the code StreamPad shows you, and the free time starts counting only while you're actually pressing controls. We ask for payment details only when you choose a plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard and you keep unlimited access until the end of your billing period, then drop back to 30 free minutes a day. No lock-in, and see the refund policy for the first-week guarantee.
