We want you to be happy with StreamPad. The free half hour each day exists precisely so you can evaluate the complete product before paying.
The trial comes first
Every account gets 30 minutes of control time each day, free and renewing, with no card required. We encourage you to use it to decide whether StreamPad fits your workflow before you subscribe.
Refunds
If you're unsatisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund. Refunds are processed through Paddle, our merchant of record.
Renewals
Recurring renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but reach out — we handle reasonable requests case by case.
